Welcome to the Gravers Lane Gallery online store. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
- Orders & Payment
All artworks and items are subject to availability and the Gallery’s discretion. Some pieces may be temporarily unavailable for immediate purchase due to being on display at exhibitions or otherwise out on approval.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping, handling, and taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed in full before an order will be processed. - Shipping Policy
Shipping
Gravers Lane Gallery ships worldwide.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be quoted separately after your order has been placed. By completing a purchase through our online store, you agree to pay the shipping charges communicated to you after checkout.
Orders will only be released for shipment once shipping payment has been received in full.
We will provide a shipping estimate and delivery timeframe once payment is confirmed. Customers must provide a complete shipping address and preferred delivery speed to receive an accurate quote.
Gravers Lane Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Local Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their purchase directly from Gravers Lane Gallery at no additional cost. Local pickup must be scheduled in advance during regular gallery hours. Purchased works must be collected within [14] days of notification that the order is ready for pickup, unless otherwise arranged. The customer is responsible for transporting the work safely after pickup.
Installation Services
For customers within our service area, Gravers Lane Gallery offers professional installation services complementary for most artwork and occasionally for an additional fee for more complicated installations. Installation must be arranged and paid for prior to the scheduled date. Please contact the gallery to discuss availability, pricing, and any special requirements (e.g., delivery access, wall type, or equipment needed).
- Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following policies apply:
Refunds:
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges / Store Credit:
Items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
Final Sale Items: Custom works, commissions, and all sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@graverslanegallery.com.
Please provide photographs of the item and the packaging (outside box) to assist us in resolving the issue. - Intellectual Property
All content on the Gravers Lane Gallery website—including images, artwork, design, and text—remains the property of the gallery and/or the artist and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. - Limitation of Liability
Gravers Lane Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or products purchased through it. - Governing Law
